Dynamite Roofing took care of everything for us, from working with our insurance company to the finished product. We worked with Nick Ware. Nick is a terrific example of how to work with customers. We always felt he was looking out for our best interests. He responded quickly and kept us informed throughout the entire process. I have taught Customer Service for years and will use Nick as a gold standard on how to do it right. And, by the way, Dynamite Roofing did the entire job in one day on a pretty complicated roof. With the recent record rain that we had here in the Salt Lake Valley, I found a leak in my roof on the house that I had just closed on. Was super bummed with the unexpected fine, but Dyanmite Roofing staff and their tech Stuart were awesome and out within hours! They came prepared for what could need fixed, got up there, and got the job done. Pricing was phenomenal and straight forward from the start. They sealed what needed to be sealed and did not try to sell me anything extra. Will be using again!
